Endurance,and lean mass cycle

Hey, i'm a new member here. I've been reading threads from here for months. I wanted your alls opinion on my 2nd cycle. My first cycle I ran sus250 at 500mg a week for 10 weeks, I gained some good mass. But now I'm about to start intensive PTing and getting close to wrestling season again. My goals for this cycle are to get stronger, a little bit of lean mass, cut, and get my endurance up.

My stats:
5'5
22
155lbs
11% BF

I just started cardio this week. My cardio routine and workout schedule will be as follow:

Mon-Fri

1. Run to the gym (2miles)
2. Cool down on the bike (15minutes)
3. Complete workout(1 muscle a day, 1 2 a day)
4. Do 3 sets of pullups,pushups,and situps
5. And a little bit of additional core EOD
6. Swim 1000yds in the gym pool
7. Run home (2 miles)

I plan on starting my cycle in about 2 weeks.

My cycle will be:

350mg test-E / wk
350mg EQ /wk

14 week cycle

I will also be taking a daily multi twice a day, some niacin, and additional vitamin C and zinc.


Please give me some feedback on what you think of my cycle and routine. I found 350mg of each wouldn't be to much but wouldn't be to less. I don't want to much test that will begin to hinder my endurance, but I don't want to little because then my gains will be minimal. So i figured 350mg of each a week would be a good dose, and since I have 2 10ml vials of each at 250/ml that works perfectly for a 14 week cycle.

i dont understand your workout routine but heres my cycle advice

1-12 test 500mg every week
1-12 eq 500mgs every week..IMO u need atleast 500 eq for anything worth wild

My workout routine is mon-fri. I run there, cool down on the cycle, then I lift. I do one muscle a day, for example. Monday i'll do biceps. And one day out of the week I have to do a 2 a day to fit legs in. After I'm done lifting I do my calisthenics, and forgot to add after all that I swim 1000yds then run home. I hope that cleared up any confusion.

And I think 500mg of test will be a bit too much..500mg of test will start to hinder my endurance and cardio, and I don't want to put on toooo much weight because I have to wrestle a set weight class. If i bumped EQ up to 500mg a wk, I'll have enough for 10 weeks, I heard EQ should be run for atleast 12?

well u can get away with 350 test if you want to i suppose..eq doesnt have to be ran 12 weeks..peterlumberjack ran it 10 weeks and wow had had amazing results..just some peope thinkin the longer the better but thats not always the case..make sure to get an AI..i like letro

That was a giant crapload of testosterone. Probably 10x as much T as your gonads produce, which is way more than you were able to utilize. I'd bet money you'd have made the same gains on 200mg weekly.

As for your proposal, I just finished a cycle of boldenone ("EQ") and did indeed experience an increase in endurance. RBC count, hemocrit, and hemoglobin all increased, which may have been what accounted for the endurance improvement. I loved it. Was able to work out harder and longer, which enabled me to get great gains.

If you are taking boldenone primarily for the endurance improvement, I suppose equal amounts of it and T are fine. Because boldenone seems to be at a competitive disadvantage with testosterone for androgen receptors in skeletal muscle, you might wish to take more of it than T provided you really want to maximize it's anabolic effect as well as it's endurance support. Seems like I've heard of people doing boldenone to T in 1.5 to 1 ratios.

And dude you seriously DO NOT need 700mg of a week. Based on your posted stats you have a lean body mass of 137lbs. That's an insane amount of gear for someone your size on their 2nd cycle. I'm a woman with an lean body mass of 142 pounds and I just made great gains on 125mg weekly of just boldenone.
 
i believe u got it wrong he took 500mgs of test not 700 i think he meant he had sus 250 and took 500mgs of it weekly
 
yea i ran sus250 at 500mg a week. And yes ido have letro onhand
just in case So from what I read 350mg of test will
be just fine. But correct me if i'm wrong, you all think 350eq will do
me good but kicking it to about 500 and cut back to
10 weeks will do me justice? I just want to get this straight.

Also, I was one of those typical guys who read and just did nolva and clomid for PCT. And just being
on here for a day I read that PCT is garbage. and being that i went through one i agree, i knew something was wrong. I really don't think i've even fully recovered. But a correct PCT for this cycle is run HCgenerate for last 30 days of cycle,run HCG for 2 weeks righr after last pin. Then start the 4 weeks of unleashed/post cycle/psytoserm?
