We do some quick warmups, then me and spatts will jump in first and do it.... few plates a side.... then pitbullstl going to powerclean what we just deadlifted..... then we drink some beer and milk... and talk about skinnies who don't deadlift as the euphoric wave of pleasure will come about us

we can have a satellite meet up out here on the west coast.

im afraid there wont be much turn out though...too much beach out here. too much A$$ to pull, most of the population doesnt deadlift, because of how they will look.

Yep. I train at Eagle (St. Louis) now and then.

I used to love that place....but now I live in far West St. Louis County......so Eagle is about an hour from my house in traffic....one of if not the best hardcore places in St. Louis.....

Eagle is great. That's where the February state comp is every year. I will be there again this Feb. I'm there quite a bit, actually. I will have to PM you guys next time B fold and I meet up there.

The Kirkwood high school weight room 90% of the time. Recently I have had to go to St. Louis Workout in Crestwood Mall because it has been closed.

But once school starts (Wednesday) I will be in a Weights and Conditioning class.
