EF populace, what's your opinions on a no holds barred version of chat?

Like I said even my old flam board had rules. real life info like phone numbers addresses,real names, things like this were never allowed. also no alters for people to hide behind were allowed ether.

Might I add that no one ever brought shit back to this board. I am just thinking here is all.

I probably would remain in the civilized chat. How about a rule that you don't flame people who aren't participating in the dirt under the rug chat? If someone didn't come into that thread you can't just hide behind being in that forum to say someone's kid is dumb/ugly, etc.?

I also think that flaming admins/mods/mentor/advertisers shouldn't be allowed in any forum. Chairman should be fair game as much as platinum folks.

If people don't participate in the flaming, their names should not be sullied in the neanderthal chat.

I don't wanna totally flame free chat, cause that would be boring... I mean it add excitment, when U have to be held accountable for what u say, but subtle, well thought out flames rock, well initially anyway, and as Mr. db said, earlier, the little tension does add a little flavor to conversing... again it shouldn't but these are just my observations...

Like Nef says most people suck at flaming others; "Mum" jokes, calling people a c**t numerous times ad nauseum is hardly a quality slagging match.

The best flames pick on peoples' weaknesses / real life stuff etc and for most people that's a no-go zone as it covers most of the stuff MrPlunkey said earlier.
