ulter you are vastly underestimating the older age group in ef. I'm here, and know at least 20 people my age here, and i'm not that social. I bet there are at least 100 ef members who are middle aged and lovin' it. Most of us may not look our age, but the proof is on the license!

There might be 100 members out of the 20,000 here. But that's still a very small percentage. I can only think of a about a dozen that help and post on the Anabolic board.

Depends partially if you want to see the finals for the Pro shows - those are Sat nite but you have to get tickets and the shows are at the Vets Memorial -- different venue than the Expo.

If you are only interested in the Expo - Friday is cool if you don't want the mega crowds, but Saturday is the 'big' day at the Expo. Arnold usually comes through some time around noon or thereafter. Sunday its open for a while but its shut down time early in the day & most everyone has left.
