Well I definitely won't be making it this year. I don't even get home from Montan until the 1st and am not so sure about that.

The Expo closes at 6:30 but alot of people are gettign in later -- so maybe late dinner / 9 -ish pm might be good.

Now what to pack, lets see according to Arnold himself bodybuilders are the worst dressed clowns around on this weekend so I guess that means I need a fanny pack, zubaz pants, string tank, borrow a pair of AAP cut off jean shorts. Any other ideas? I want to make sure I fit in!

Just threw 2 pm out as a suggestion -- wanted to wait until later this week/ next week to lock in a schedule -- also some of us will be there earlier than Sat so we wanna have at least a couple meet ups scheduled.

We can easily consider after 2 pm - but want to make it before 5-ish when it gets into people going to the competition finals & dinner, etc.

What works for you?

Yes, I agree before 5-ish. What about 4pm? How does that work for everone?

That is a good idea about maybe having 2 meetups. So, the people who arrive early or late will be sure not to miss.
