i came here in dec 05 a noob with no knowledge.

made some of the best gains of my life and i would not know half

of it without EF. i just want to give back to the site that gave

so much to me.

Let me add to that, I came here in 03, under a similar name just no E's in it, and I was ALMOST a newb. I had lots of questions even though I have a solid background as an RN, but guys like quadsweep helped me fill in those gaps and learn more shit than I ever thought went into training and diet.

Remember all, there is no sucj thing as a dumb question, and that's the reason for this site to exist. Without it there would be more people out there trying to stick a slin pin in there balloon-knot,or wondering why they aren't getting big and they've been shooting pellets behind their ears for weeks.
