2 questions:
1. When should someone cycle off ECA, and for how long? 2 weeks on/2 off, one month on/2 weeks off, or what?
2. For losing bodyfat, it seems that all that matters is that caloric intake is low. People do it low fat, low carb, high fat, whatever, and all seem to work as long as calories are lowered. In "Survivor," the contestants got ripped eating white rice--which is supposed to be bad for dieters. They just didn't eat much of it. So then, why does everyone concern themselves with ratios so much?
