eating too much?

Had a conversation with a fellow BBer at the gym and seemed to have made a good point about overeating. He stated if you take more than one shit a day, you are overnourished (eating too much), because your body only uses the food/nutrients it needs. Eating too many calories/protein will end up being wasted. Just wanted to see what you bros think about this, if there's any truth to it. Just some food for thought.:D
 
dude youre body shits to get rid of all the waste products that has been left over from the food you have digested. Theres other things in there too. Nitrogen blah blah blah..

Point is though yes , if you eat too much protein it will be passed cause protein does not stay in youre body that long, and if you eat too much of it it will probably not have time to be digested before it is passed out.

But to use the reasoning that if youre taking too many shits a day youre eating too much is non sense.

I take 2-4 shits a day from a 3000-4000 calorie diet.
 
How big is this guy? I would bet he is a lean type who does 3 hours of cardio a day! lol The more food you eat, the more shits you will take. I would almost say that if you don't take 2-3 healthy dumps a day, then you aren't eating enough to make gains. So, I disagree for sure.
 
Actually, you should be shitting after every meal if your intestins and colon are clean and healthy. Bowel blockages wreak all sorts of havoc on our systems and basically backed up refuse poisons us from the inside out.
 
Complete horseshit! It is dependant upon your diet. Naturally those diets with a higher insoluble fiber content will produce more frequent shittings. If you ate 8,000 cals of nothing but protein you would more than likely only make one deposit per day. If you ate 4000 cals with ample fiber and have a healthy digetive tract you should make 2-4 daily droppings. I would'nt take too much advice from the bowl movement expert.
 
If I listened to all the "so called experts" at the gym, I would be so fucked up and small right now...I take everything with a grain of salt and a cup of common sense...most guys love to feed you a bowl of shit to make themselves seem smart...;)
 
Before I started lifting I would eat like a bird, one, maybe two meals a day. Even eating this little I still managed to take two dumbs a day. Now mutiply the meals I used to eat by 3 and you have my current diet. Oh yah multiply the shits by three aswell.

Sorry bro, but that's horrible information. The more food you digest, the more you shit. Yes, you're body can only absorb so much protein/nutrients at one time, but as long as you are eating all day long... about an two hours apart, then you are going to be shitting all day long. That's healthy, not bad.
