Had a conversation with a fellow BBer at the gym and seemed to have made a good point about overeating. He stated if you take more than one shit a day, you are overnourished (eating too much), because your body only uses the food/nutrients it needs. Eating too many calories/protein will end up being wasted. Just wanted to see what you bros think about this, if there's any truth to it. Just some food for thought.
