Good shit man. I still need to try var. I just droped my deca about 2 weeks ago and upped tren ace to 100 mg a day. Holly crap I love tren (I'm getting way less night sweats with Ed vs eod injections)

I'm prob around 12% bodyfat but I think with my next cycle I'm gonna try to recomp like crazy. You and Rick are making me wanna get lean and mean !

So today just did not start off good at all... I woke up with a fever and my body was just aching all over... I felt like shit... I should have probably stayed home but I just don't miss days... That's not in my nature and I wasn't about to let this stop me today...

I truly can't believe I was able to do what I did today... My cardio was tough but I did it... I did 1 hour on the elliptical for 8 miles on level 8... Then I moved on the my circuit sets... I did 4 sets of these... 25 up downs each set (100 total), 100 plank position sprints (400 total) 35 scissor jumps (140 total) and 30 butt kick jumps (120 total) then I finished with a set of 25 burpees... I killed it today on it but I was definitely hurting all over afterwards...

Today was back and triceps and I was feeling sore all over and fatigued... I was bound and determined to push through it though... I started with inverted grip iso lateral hammer strength pulldowns... I started at 250 x 10, which was my previous PR and did all four sets at this weight... I superset them with pull ups... 3 sets of 10...

Then I moved on to a superset of t-bar tricep pushdowns on the side cables with all the tension and overhead dumbbell tricep extensions... I started at 110 x 10 the first two sets on the push downs, which is my PR and finished at 120 x 10 the last two sets which is a new PR... I did all four sets of overhead extensions at 110 x 10...

Next I moved on to seated dumbbell bent over back extensions and a terribly difficult lift... On this back row, I take two dumbbells and place them on the ground... I get in a pushup position and alternate each dumbbell on rows, back and forth... It is very tough and takes a lot of wind out of you...

I started the back extensions at 70 x 10 the first two sets and finished at 75 x 10... I did all of the push up back rows at 55 x 10... These were very difficult... I still managed to get them all...

Next I did lay down curl bar overhead tricep extensions... I did all four sets at 110 x 10 and just shredded my triceps... I superset this with lower back extensions with a 45 lb. plate...

Next I did single arm cable inverted grip tricep extensions... I did all four sets at 80 x 10...

I finished with standing lat pulldowns... I like these because they seem to hit your back harder than normal seated pulldowns... I started at 170 x 10 and did 180 the next two sets and finished at 190 x 10...

This workout took so much out of me because I was definitely sick... In fact, I went to work and had to leave because I was not feeling good but I never quit, no matter what... I showed that today... I take no days off... I always believe there are gains to be made and I will do whatever it takes to get them...

I can't wait to get the anavar and proviron started... Its looking like wednesday or thursday... I am loving the results so far and will continue to push harder and harder...

I have a few pics from today as well... One is a calf pic... I have had people accuse me in the past of having small legs because i never show pics of them... I think this will answer some of those ridiculous accusations... =) Also a body pic that will show the mass I have added... All feedback is appreciated...

It takes some serious motivation to go in when you're feeling like complete hell...very impressive bro...fucking total Eye of the Tiger shit there lol! I know i don't have to tell you this, but with fevers and shit like that make sure your getting good rest.

thanks bro... i can definitely see a big size difference... i even cleaned up a few things in my diet that I was actually missing on so I believe that will enhance my shred a bit more... fuck i can't wait either for the var and pro man... im really excited for it... lollll yes a larger sized shredder!

thanks bro! yes, on my two days off from work a week i am doing about 2 hours at the beach after the gym... in the hawaii sun, that's a lot! plus I tan really quickly... I also have melanotan II on the way, so I am thinking it will definitely enhance my look... =)

lollll definitely eye of the tiger man... you are right, that's why I came home from work... today was a cardio only day for me and i went straight to the beach and passed out afterwards and have been home resting the rest of the day... I do not want it to effect any of my workouts... i hate fucking being sick... i normally recoup fairly quickly so I am hoping tomorrow I feel rejuvinated.... Thanks for your support bro!

lolll i might have to go over to honolulu when i start taking it... there are a lot of tourists on maui but bro, honolulu is a whole different story... =) melanotan should be here at the end of the week... i'll let you know when i start it what i think...

Day 15 - ULTRA STRENGTH KICKING IN!

Today I was feeling almost near 100% again... Im not sure if what I had was just a virus or what, but yesterday I still did my Sunday cardio... I did 75 minutes on the stairclimber on level 11 and then did the elliptical for 2 miles on level 8 in 15 minutes... After that I went to the beach and just passed out... My body was just achey all over but I got some good rest and today was feeling much better...

So today I weighed in at 199... That is up 8 lbs. in two weeks... I had been feeling like maybe I was holding a little water previously, but today I felt much lighter and more cut... This definitely put me in a much better state of mind and had me really ready to tear some $hit up today!

Cardio was really good today... I ran 5.75 miles at 8.5 mph for 40 min... Then I did the stairclimber for 20 minutes on level 13 and finished with the elliptical for 2 miles on level 8 for 15 minutes... I was definitely feeling pumped to lift after the cardio session...

So today was chest and biceps and today was the day when I could really start to feel the stregnth kick in... I felt like I could lift a car today...

I started the day with dumbbell inclines... I started at 90 x 10 and I pushed it up so easy that it kind of freaked me out... I was in shock at how I was throwing it up... The next two sets I did at 95 x 100 and I was just rocking it... I went for 100 x 10 on my last set, which was my previous PR... I did this once before but it was a big struggle for me... Today I did it with a fair amount of ease... I couldn't believe it and neither could everyone else watching... I just killed it on this... I am confident I could have done 105 and next week I will definitely get it...

I superset this with incline dumbbell simotaneous side hammer curls... I did the first 3 sets at 50 x 10 and then finished at 55 x 10, which was my previous PR... My biceps were definitely nice and warm after this one...

Next I did dumbbell arnold presses... The first three sets were my previous pr of 85 x 10... I was going to go for a PR of 90 x 10 on this... So I went and grabbed the dumbbells and sat down for my set... As I laid back and threw up the weight I realized that I had grabbed fcking 95 lbs dumbbells... I thought, fck it, too late now, just get it... This was a tough one but I nailed it! That was a 10lb. increase on PR... I was so pumped after this one!

Next I did a big bicep superset... I did seated alternate arm dumbbell curls and standing wide grip curls... The first two sets of dumbbell alternates I did at 50 x 10 and the last two I did at 55 x 10... Those are pretty big curl sets seated alternate arms... I did all four wide grip curl sets at 110 x 10... My biceps were on fire after this super set...

Then I moved on to a high pec machine. I did these with only 30 second rests in between all four sets... I did 120 x 10 on all four sets... This really had my chest pumped!

Next I moved on to straight arm bar chest raises... I did all four sets at 80 x 10... These were very heavy and was a nice finish to my chest workout for the day...

I finished my workout with incline hammer curls. I started at 55 x10, which was my previous PR and I went for 60 x 10 on my last set for a PR and nailed it! I love it when I can finish a 3 hour workout with a PR... That shows some heart right there and it always makes me feel really good!

I am counting the days to add anavar and proviron... It will be either wednesday or thursday... I am very pleased with how everything is going... I can see that everyone around me is really noticing the progress I am making as well... I am definitely getting a lot of comments and the tan is definitely helping as well... I have melanotan coming too so that will enhance it more... I am almost to 200... I need to get my bf tested but I really believe its still about 6% or so... I will get a more accurate measure soon... I am very very pleased so far... All feedback welcome!
 
I'm willing to bet you could go much higher and stay lean, your metabalism has gotta be off the charts with all that cardio...i'd go 4k-4,500

your probably right but im at my max comfort level on food intake brotha... im just not comfortable going any higher... plus with var and pro its straight granite time

hey bro. Just started checkin this out. Read your opening post. Around 500 grams of protein?!?! DAMN!!!! I wish I could get that much protein in a day.

How much of that is coming from solid food, how many shakes you taking in? I figure you posted this somewhere. But it might take me a while sifting through 23 pages of posts. lol
 
your protein digest ratio will determine how much you intake at a given time.

chewing takes only few seconds as we try to broken up the food in the mouth, moistened with our saliva, and formed into a ball or bolus for easy swallowing. The amylase in our saliva is responsible now to break down the starches and simple sugars in our food before it travels down to the esophagus then down to the stomach. Please take note that the longer we chew, the faster the digestion would take place because the rate of digestion speeds up as the food is broken down and chewed properly.

Fish and Sea Food would be my pick of be more rapidly absorbed by the body while steak would be the slowest!
Meat may stay in the intestines for 24-72 hours and still depend on its type. Likewise, red meat in particular takes 1-3 days to complete the digestion process because of fat content and high protein,
Even the quick digesting foods have to wait until the slowest digesting food like meat leave the stomach. This process may take up to 6-8 hours. To be more exact on the digestive time of various proteins, egg yolk digestion time is around 30 minutes; the whole egg is approximately 45 minutes; fish which is less fatty like sole seafood, cod, flounder, and scrod takes 30 minutes to digest; while more fatty fish including salmon, herring, salmon trout can take 45-60 minutes to digest; the chicken without skin can take up 1 1/2 – 2 hours before it leaves the stomach (what more for chicken with skin?); the turkey without skin is much longer to digest because it can stay 2-2 1/4 hours of digestion; the most favorite beef and lamb can really stay 3-4 hours; lastly, the pork which is always part of the meal can take 4 1/2- 5 hours to digest.

Now, if the stomach is full, what happens to other foods ingested together with the meat like carbohydrates, starches, vegetables and fruits? While they are waiting for the stomach to be emptied, they undergo fermentation that produces acid, gas, and the most common indigestion problems.

So in Summary it's best to eat the faster ,waterly digesting foods before meat!

the benefits of being a nutritionist... =) i have two to three shakes a day and the rest is from food... and my fat in take is very very low... as well as sodium and sugar... my carb intake is moderate... it took a lot of trial and error to nail down what worked for me but I did manage... i will say this... a lot of it is plain greek yogurt and i do nearly 3 dozen egg whites a day... i have one big protein meal that gets me between 70-95 grams... either a big fish, chicken or ground turkey meal... i have it spread out nicely throughout the day though and it works well for me...

whats your take on the bio-availability of raw eggs? I hear some stuff that it doenst digest all of it if its raw, but than I read another article calling BS. I tend to think its BS.

but since your a nutritionist, figure you would actually have some education on the bio-availibitly of raw foods

I cook mine bro... Here's the thing... what we are taught is that bio availability of raw eggs is only 51% as opposed to 90% cooked but there are so many conflicting articles and arguments that, honestly, noone fucking knows... to me, its another one of those trial and error incidents... you try it both ways for about a month, without altering anything else your doing and see if there is any difference because there is and always will be too much conflicting information on it... I didn't see to respond favorably when I ate them raw as opposed to cooked but some do... You know how that is, everyones make up is so different... if its working for you, don't change it because why fix whats not broke...

I think the major amounts of cardio I do is what gives me any kind of appetite... my workouts are so brutal that i develop an appetite then but I think for the amounts of calories and energy I go through, I probably in the eyes of many, don't eat enough but you know what, fuck it, i do what works for me! =) I've always been one to do things unconventional...

I will agree with you here, remember the body has a way of adapting to most anything. As was said in insanity's post he only has 4 meal per day after a long fast, you have to find what works for you ,the body will follow.

Day 16 - One of My Most Intense Workouts!!

So today when I got up I felt like I was bloated or holding water or something and it had me upset... Nothing irritates me more than feeling that way... I was on a mission today to absolutely go crazy in the gym and that is exactly what I did... I did things today that I have never done before... This was one of the most intense workouts I have ever put myself through...

I did something different for cardio today. This was one of THE MOST INTENSE cardio circuits I have ever done...

This was a 70 MINUTE CONTINUOUS CIRCUIT... Here is how I did it...

I started my run at 8.5 mph for 10 minutes... I immediately changed the mph to 12.0 after 10 minutes to start sprints. I did 10 sprints... 30 second sprint, rest 30 seconds... Then after the last sprint I immediately went back to an 8.5 mph run... The awesome thing about this is that it felt like I was nearly gliding because I had been going at such a rapid pace on the sprints... So i did this circuit three times each and then the final set I did 5 minutes running and 5 sprints... This was 70 fucking minutes long CONTINUOUS... 35 total sprints and 35 minutes of running... equivalent of 5 miles ran in the jogging part and the sprints, well, that speaks for itself...

I finished cardio with the elliptical for 10 minutes on level 8 for 1.25 miles...

I was PUMPED up after accomplishing what I did on that cardio session... Today, I was determined to hit PR's that I never thought I would hit...

Today was shoulders and traps, my favorite workout and I was DETERMINED to go crazy on this workout...

I started with a superset of dumbell shoulder presses and seated dumbbell single arm bent arm lateral raises...

I FELT SO STRONG on my first set of dumbbell presses... 80 x 10 went up very easy so I bumped to 85 x 10 on my next two sets... That was my previous PR and I was killing it... I went for 90 x 10 on my presses the last set and nailed it... I swear that I feel I could have gotten 95's up if I would have tried but I was THRILLED to get the 90 x 10... That's a PR I have really been aiming for...

I did my single arm lateral raises seated... I started at 50 x 10 for two sets and finished at 55 x 10 the last two... My traps were definitely popping hard after that one...

Next superset I did was pretty tough... I started on the calf raise machine with single arm shoulder presses... Yes, the calf machine.. It is very tough because it has a lot of tension on it... I did my first two sets at 90 x 10, which was my previous PR and finished my last two at 105 x 10... Another big PR for me...

I superset those with single arm dumbbell shrugs... I moved up weight each set... 120 x 10, 125 x 10, 130 x 10 and 135 x 10...

Next superset was dumbbell arnold shoulder presses superset with incline simotaneous bent arm lateral raises...

I have been stuck on 60 x 10 on the arnold presses for damn near 2 months now... I was going for a PR no matter what today... I did my first three sets at 60 x 10 and went for 65 x 10 the last set... It was tough but I got up all 10... I was very happy with this PR!

I started at 50 x 10 on the incline lateral raises and did three sets of those and finished at 55 x 10... My traps were on fire...

Next I went to the cable machine... I did high rows with the rope. The cable weight only goes to 150 so i had to add hand weights to the machine... I love it when I have to do that because people look at me like Im crazy! I did one set at 165 x 10 and the next three at 177 x 10...

I finished the workout with the bodymaster shoulder press machine. I did this with my seating inverted... I did all four sets at 250 x 10, which was the max weight of the machine...

This was such a productive workout and I was thrilled with what I was able to do today... I have some new progress pics as well... All feedback is appreciated!!

thanks bro... i've been trying to incorporate all kinds of different cardio routines to shock my body but this one in particular was one bad motherfucker man... it shocked my body good because today, my entire fucking body ached like all day! lolll so i know that circuit was nice... i'll be doing that once or twice a week from now on... =)

absolutely right bro... right at the 2 week mark the strength really kicked in man... im at 20 mg right now... will bump to 24 soon and probably ride out the rest of the way on that... im adding anavar and proviron tomorrow so it should be very nice!

Day 18 - Breaking down the walls!!

First I have to say I am sorry for missing an update yesterday... that is a rare occurrence but I was just so damn tired after work and I didn't have time while at work but I have HUGE UPDATES from today...

So today I felt horrible when I woke up... I felt so tired (because I slept too long) and had some body soreness and my stomach was all fcked up and i felt bloated and just horrible... So you know what that meant... I was going to go hard with a vengeance today and thats exactly what I did...

When I got to the gym, the girl that wrote me the note was there and so I took it upon myself to hop on the treadmill next to her... I talked to her for a good 10 minutes and that got me really fired up for the workout!

So my cardio was INSANE... I did a 75 minute continuous circuit... Here's how it went... I started with a 15 minute run at 8.5mph, then immediately switched to 12.0 mph for ten sprints... sprint 30 seconds rest 30 etc... then immediately switched to 8.5 for another 15 minute run then immediately back to 10 sprints... back to the run for 10 minutes, then 10 more sprints then finished with a 5 minute run... 75 minutes total...

Now that my friends, is fcking beast mode!

Today was chest and biceps and my bench day... I was bound and determined to pass that stingy bench PR I have been stuck on for months... I have been at 215 x 10 for nearly 2 months but today, that was going to change...

So I started at the bench press... No fcking around, just get right to it... I started my first set at 210 x 10 and I knew after that set that today was the day... I threw it up with ease... Next set was 215 x 10 and I ripped through it... So I went for the PR at 220 x 10 and I nailed that with plenty of room to spare... So I went for 225 x 10 and I nailed it! I really feel I could have gotten 230 x 10... I was absolutely thrilled...

So the I moved on to a big TRIPLE set of biceps... I normally don't do these but I was so pumped up... So this consisted of dumbbell standing alternate arm side arm hammer curls, single arm over the knee iso curls and bicep grip pull ups...

I did all four sets of the side arm hammers at 50 x 10... I had an excellent pump going on as always with these...

My iso over the knee curls started at 65 x 10 the first three sets and then I set a PR of 70 x 10 on the last set...

I did all four sets of bicep pull ups at 15 reps each...

My biceps were just shredded at this point and I was very pumped to move on...

Next I moved on to a superset of dumbbell inverted grip bench press and dumbbell inverted grip simotaneous curls...

I started the invert benches at 80 x 10 and then finished the next three sets at 85 x 10, which was another big PR for me... I feel I could have gotten 90 x 10 on these but stayed at 85 today...

I started the inverted curls at 50 x 10 and did the last three sets at 55 x 10...

Now it was cable time... I did cable push downs next. I did my first two sets at 130 x 10 which was my previous pr... then i went to 140 x 10 and finished at 150 x 10, which was the complete amount of weights on the cables and a big PR for me...

I finished with cable simotaneous chest raises... I did all four sets at 80 x 10...

This was one of my best workouts that I have had in a long time... I am so thrilled with the results... I pushed it hard today... Im not going to lie, I fcking puked at one point during the workout but that just motivated me even more... =)

I do have a few things bothering me... My aggression is definitely getting a bit bad... I have worked so hard on changing that over this past year and its all coming back now but I am trying very hard to control it... I also have pain in my right shin because I need new running shoes... They only last a few months because of all the running I do... I am waiting for my new ones to get here and then that will heal that problem...

I also started the anavar and proviron today... 60 mg of anavar and 50 mg of proviron... 4 weeks for both... I can't wait to see these results!

hey brotha... im one of the lucky ones in terms of the vision sides... on my sarms stack i got up to 100 mg with very minimal sides... once in a while car headlights gave me a little haze but otherwise i was good... for some people it binds to the receptors quickly and some it doesnt... im lucky with it but i still taper up slowly because its smarter...

Day 19 - More Strength and Shred!!

So today I felt pretty good when I got up... I was pretty hyped about my strength increase from yesterday and I was ready to see if it carried over to today...

I was also happy today because I felt like I was holding less water and felt less bloated... I realize that on this cycle there is going to be some slight retention and I have to make a few sacrifices here but I try to keep it to as minimal as I can... I think for the most part, everything is looking pretty dry but trust me, a guy like me notices everything little thing and I analyze everything I do... I tweaked a few things in my diet as well... Nothing too major but a few things I think will be of assistance...

So today for cardio I started with a long stairclimb. I did 50 minutes on the stairclimber on level 13 and had a really nice sweat going... Then it was CIRCUIT TIME... This was another hardcore circuit... Here is the layout...

Start the treadmill at 12.0 mph... I did 5 sprints, 30 seconds, rest 30 and so on... Then I jump off the treadmill and do 25 burpees... Then back for 5 sprints, back to burpees... This was a 4 set circuit and by the end, I was definitely feeling it! so in total, 20 sprints and 100 burpees... this was all continuous movement too... the only rest i had was in between sprints or switching from treadmill to ground... I really feel it is important to start incorporating more circuits like this to give my body a shock and also because running over and over and over, the same long distance run is not doing as much because my body is adapting to it so i like to mix all of these in and I can really tell the benefit of it...

So today was shoulders and traps and I knew from my first set of shoulders today that it was going to be a really strong day... I started with a super set of smith machine shoulder presses and dumbbell alternate arm straight arm forward lateral raises...

My PR on smith shoulder presses was 215 x 10 so I decided to just go ahead and start with that to assess where my strength had moved since I last did these... I felt like i didn't get much out of the first set because I threw it up there so easy... So the next two sets I did 220 x 10 and I felt I could hit 225 x 10 and nailed it... 225 x 10 on smith machine shoulder presses... To me, thats big weight... Too be honest, I think I could have gone up to 230 on it but I was very happy with 225...

I did my first three sets of forward lateral raises at 65 x 10 and finished at 70 x 10, which was another PR for me... People were looking at me like I was nuts on this... Thats a lot of weight for foward lateral raises!

Next superset I did was standing dumbbell shoulder presses with a 10 second negative on each rep and standing dumbbell straight arm side lateral raises... I did my first set of negatives at 45 x 10 and did the next three seat at 50 x 10... I have noticed a lot of extra muscle growth from incorporating negatives in my routine and it gives a lot of extra muscular endurance as well, which is very nice...

I did all four sets of straight arm side lateral raises at 50 x 10... My vascularity on these is nothing short of amazing... These are very difficult and that is big weight for these and it definitely gets my shoulders going!

Next I did a superset of alternate arm dumbbell shoulder presses and the bodymaster bent arm lateral raise machine. My PR on alternate arm dumbbell presses was 70 x 10, so I started with that weight... I moved to 75 x 10 the next two sets and finished with a new PR of 80 x 10 on alternate arm shoulder presses... That is such a big increase on a very difficult exercise...

I started the bent arm lateral raise machine at 140 x 10 the first two sets, then moved to 145 x 10 and finished at 150 x 10, which was the max weight of the machine and a new PR...

Next I did dumbbell shrugs... I did all four sets at 130 x 10, nice and smooth reps and definitely saw a lot of improvement in my traps...

I finished on the rotary shoulder press machine. I did all four sets at 205 x 10...

This workout was such a great success today... I had so much increase in power on my lifts... I felt great and I also was very happy with the feeling of less water as well... I have a few pics from today as well... All feedback appreciated!!
 
you should do workout vids... maybe one day you will want to look back at them when you are like 80yrs old and grey, or show your kids, or your grandkids or whatever...
a pic is worth a thousand words... but a video is worth a thousand pics...
whenever im leaning towards PRs i like to take vids... i guess mostly so i can make form adjustments as needed (mirrors are very poor for this on any of the important lifts)... but when u deload its also nice to look back and get motivated for the next blast/cycle/competition or whatever...

I put up 350 on flat last cycle, I wasnt even thinking of trying to max out that day otherwise I would of brought a camera. Would of been sweet to have. Especially when you get to the point where you can look back at yourself and just laugh at the weight you were using all those years ago.

Hey Dylan i agree with them , you need at least some pics for old times sake, That was my problem i never took pics because i felt they were demished, the reason i feel this way i found the family album and every pic of me with a GF or at the prom my mom cut it out so there's nothing but me in the pic, there's nothing to show my past life ,so i just developed that "fuck it" attitude.

thank you very much! i honestly enjoy cardio... its never easy but the feeling i get from it is unexplainable and I have to have that feeling every day... I will tell you this... the kinds of cardio I do put that cross fit bull shit down to elementary level! =) Thank you for your support, I appreciate it!
 
Day 20 - Straight up Shreddin...

Today was a small struggle for me at the start... I felt really tired this morning and then I began to feel very nauseous... Unfortunately, I am going to have to lay off the stims for awhile... Its crazy because I normally am pretty good when it comes to getting sides from strong ph's or aas but when it comes to stims, my body just doesn't like them... It seems the longer I take them, the more problem it gives my stomach so I am going to have to take a break from them...

Cardio was great today... The one thing about it that wasn't great is the fact that my right shin is giving me trouble... My muscle has gotten way too big and that causes shin splints... My shoes need replaced as well but I am waiting for the asics gel nimbus 14's to come out june 4th... So I have to suck it up until then...

I did 2 miles in 15 min at 8.5 mph on the treadmill... Then I moved on to 50 minutes on the elliptical for 6.5 miles on level 8... I finished with a bad a$$ circuit... This was a 4 sets circuit which went like this: 25 burpees, 150 jump ropes, 100 plank runs, 30 butt kick jumps... This was 4 sets continuous... I did rest 30 seconds after each completed set...

So today was back and triceps... Even though I was feeling nauseous that was not going to slow me down... I am fcking determined to get the most I possibly can out of each and every workout...

I started with a superset of close grip bench press and hanging dips... I did all four sets of close grip bench at 215 x 10... These were tough but I was able to get all four sets... This was the PR I had set last week so being able to do all four sets on this was huge... I did all four sets of dips at 25 reps each...

Then I moved on to seated cable back rows and standing simotaneous dumbbell back extensions... My PR on the back rows was 180 x 10 and I smashed it today... I actually started at 200 x 10 and by the time I finished I was able to get 220 x 10... That was huge for me... I started my dumbbell back extensions at 75 x 10 and finished at 85 x 10, which was a new PR for me as well...

Next I did a triple set... I did a sit down cable rope tricep extension, wide handed pushups (focuses on the middle back) and weighted lower back raises... I started the tricep extensions at 150, which is max weight on the cables and had to add dumbbell weight to it... I moved up to 162 x 10 and then did 174 x 10 on the last two sets... I did three sets of wide push ups at 25 a piece and 3 sets of lower back extensions, 12 reps a piece...

Next I did cable overhead tricep extensions... I did all four sets at 174 x 10... This was superset with an inverted rotary lat machine... I did all four sets at 250 x 10, which was max weight on the machine...

I finished with the rotary upper back machine... I started at 220 x 10 which was my previous PR... I moved up to 235 x 10 and finished the last two sets at 250 x 10, which is max weight on the machine and a new PR for me...

This was a great workout and I have to say that I am becoming happier with the way I am looking... My vascularity is going to be very shocking in my next photo update and I feel like some of the water I was holding is starting to shed... I absolutely hate holding any sort of water but I know some is necessary during the cycle but when it sheds as it is, especially with the additions of anavar and proviron, I think that the results are going to be amazing...
