thank you guys for all the compliments and kind words... i'll do my best to get my diet posted... i just am always hesitant because there's always some fucking know it all that tries to argue with the way i do things and i dont need the aggravation... my body just reacts a certain way and I have figured out what works for it... its not the most conventional and its not even what i recommend to others but its what works FOR ME... I have put over a decade of study into all of this and I document EVERYTHING that I do... I keep track of everything that I eat and every bit of training I do and I know what works for me... I will get things posted soon...

As far as off cycle... I always bridge with sarms although i am really considering cruising into my next cycle with sarms on the cruise... I haven't decided yet... Either way, I will be working hard as fuck all the time... =)

My vascularity, strength and overall feeling is amazing... I am running 7-8 miles a day, stairclimbing 2 miles a day and weight training 6 days a week like a madman... An example of the strength gain... I did NEGATIVES for sets of 10 on dumbbell inclines with 100 lb. dumbbells... I am setting pr's on everything and feeling amazing...

A few things that have definitely helped... The gym I am at now has the widest array of equipment I have ever seen... I always use machines a bit in my workouts but with the options I have now, I have almost utilized them in half of all of my workouts... Here are all the options we have there...

LifeFitness, Nautilus, Hoist, Bodymasters, Precor, Magnum, TechnoGym, etc... There are so many options and so many different ways to hit the muscle concentration area and I am able to constantly switch what I am doing and continuously shocking my muscles which is allowing for optimal growth...

Another excellent thing that I have been able to do is sit in the hot tub and steam room after every workout and that really is a big deal for so many reasons... It is allowing me to recover much better and to sweat out a lot of toxins as well... It has been great for my overall well being and has been awesome in recovery...

Here is a few updated pics... I appreciate all the support from everyone... All feedback appreciated...

Hey everyone... Im sorry for the lack of updates but I have been so busy... I have one week left on cycle... I have gained about 12 lbs. and my body fat still remains at 5.7%... My strength is just getting more and more incredible by the day and the workout routines I have incorporated have been so beneficial with muscle growth... The vascularity is just unreal and I am so happy with the way this cycle has gone... It is one that I don't want to ever end but it has definitely given me so great ideas for future cycles... Here are a few updated progress pictures...

Ever thought about putting on some size and not worry about how cut you are?

Sometime size isn't everyone's goal, i'm probably close to dylans size or a little more, and i've been up as heavy as 260, I was a tank, however i was a mess also, i tired easily carrying around all that muscle ,I feel much better weighing around the 200 mark!

NO! im extremely uncomfortable with too much size... i care way too much about how women look at me as opposed to guys... i love being shredded... i love eating the way i do... i love training the way i do... this is the only way i prefer to be... i put on more size than i even tried to on this cycle... im very happy with it and i want to continue to stay in this range of size... there is never any need for me to go any higher than this... i am happy and comfortable and thats the most important...
 
Looking vascular as a mother fucker bro! Nice work! Hopefully I should be right there with ya before long on bodyfat. I'm at the midpoint of my cycle and switching to shred mode! 6% or bust!

thanks for all the support and compliments guys... i am so focused and dialed in on everything... even after new years eve, which was just an all night non stop party, i still went to the gym... i worked a 14 hour day on sunday and went to the gym at midnight and didnt get home until 3 a.m. and still went again the next day... i am always trying to get better and better and make the most progress i possibly can...

I have completed PCT on my cycle and here are the final results...

190 lbs. 5.5% body fat...

This is what I wanted to accomplish...

I will now be starting HGH along with a triple SARMS stack... the only thing different I am doing with the SARMS stack is bumping my gw dosage to 15 mg as opposed to 10...

Man I just checked back in on you and compared your new pics to the start of this run. Insane! You have thrown on some serious lean muscle. How much weight have you gained?!

Congratulations on your successful cycle. The pics speak volumes about your progess:).
My question is the same as rockwilder's: How do you measure your body-fat level?
Looking at your photographs I'd say you were more 3.7% to 4.5% than 5.7%. Maybe your vascularity lends to the impression you're lower than you are.
Either way it looks incredible. Just remember though...at that low level of fat you need to get your rest in. You can't train and bone effectively without your beauty sleep;).

Good cycle, very happy for you. Results like yours gives us all encourgement when we feel low and progress is slow. Thank you!
