I like to utilize T-3 in a 2 day on 2 day off protocol. Ill use 50-100 as a rule no matter if gaining or cutting for 2 days and take 2 days off. The difference is on the cutting days the off days Ill use a Caffiene, ephedrine stack to keep the metabolism upregulated.

Protien never falls under 2G per lb of BW when utilizing T3 for that very reason! Good thinking! My personal rule is 2.5grams per lb BM
