I am and I did this:
Drink your tuna!
Put a can of tuna in a blender with some veggis and two scoops of whey, a cup of your fav cerial (i used special k) with some water or milk .
Mine came out to about 750 calories and 65 grams of protien.
Sure its disgusting and taste horrible, but hold your nose and gulp it down, its good for you and you don't taste it until after you have finished the whole thing.
