I was getting tired of making bowls of oatmeal every morning so I was forced to come up with some other method of preparing this stuff. I have read a few posts were people said to throw it in your protein shakes. So here is my new recipe. Mmmmm!
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup Skim Milk
2 scoops vanilla non-fat frozen yogurt
2 TBS peanut butter
1 TBS wheat germ
Blend that up and your in business!
Add some Nonfat cottage cheese and you got yourself a perfect post workout drink without the price of Protein powder.
