I think he decided to get fit and hired a trainer, nutritionist, etc. Not necessarily juice.

I have never juiced and after beginning to seriously lift went from 180 in my twenties to 225 today at 46 (mostly muscle, but not all )

I have to agree with you. Thats definantly attainable by someone with that kind of money in that period of time.
