Dont you hate dieting?

Im sitting here on my couch imagining my tuna and sweet potato are that bag of cool ranch doritos sitting in my cupboard right now.

why the fuck do we torture ourselves like this.

Im weak guys I dont think ill make it
 
I have this strange addiction to food,it fricken sucks,I wish I had out of neccessity and not because of taste,but growing up in fast food heaven with how my folks eat Im hooked on junk
 
i guess i am lucky in that i'm not much into food. good food tastes good and all but I dont think about eating much. i'm notorious for actually not eating enough some days, but others just having junk for 48 hours straight.

thats how I am,I can go without food but when I do I get cravings and eat like shit for the next few days.

if I plan shit out and have meals ready then Im ok and dont get cravings

Yeah dude, i feel your pain, if i get lazy and dont cook my meals few days ahead and am home with nothing to eat, im visiting Burger-King, KFC and Popeyes as an excuse to have a meal, then that meal turnes into everyday occurence untill my abs start dissapearing.......

Then its back to Tuna and all that other healthy crap...
 
It is a bitch but I think trying to bulk cleanly is much harder for me. You have to eat so much lean low cal. food to keep the calories up.
 
Never eat crappy food so don't have to ever diet its the beer intake that's got to be watched. When on the wagon everyday gets grayer and feels that little bit sader.
 
I hate it with a passion, but those moments when you are at the beach or pool and you pull your shirt off!!! ahh, it makes it all worth it
 
My weakness is BBQ cornuts. I eat one I am eating the bag no matter how big it is. Good thing I don't go to sam's.

Bro......I will eat perfect all day...then at night 8PM or later...I want to raid the pantry....I hate cardio too......therefore I am destined to be 15%BF for ever........
 
it's what seperates us from everyone else. Any Joe Schmoe can go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but it takes a dedicated person to take the time to count calories and protein. To pass on partying with your buddies because you're more concerned with staying on track with your diet.

I allways thought it was because my ass is like a pin cushion...and my nuts are like bluberries..
 
late night snacking is my issue, i get spot on while im at work then on days off late night cravings get me
 
I'm a fat lil bitch right now.. but when i plow full force ahead, there is no stopping me. I never did live to eat... Im just not a big eater... though there are some foods i would die for. I know my limits at all times.

Once I start dieting my main motivation is watching my body go from stage to stage, kinda like morphing into a butterfly. I rid my taste buds of anything and everything that is enticing to a pt.. that even having a sweetpototo is a huge treat.

ya I usually get off work at midnight then hit the gym,come home eat,stay up till around 6or7 and thats the deadly hours for me.

I took a full out cheat day today.bbq chicken pizza

atleast you got some protien.....I allways wonder if I worked out in the mornings...would my cravings be less?? I don't know.....I just try to snack on trail mix or fruit.
 
ya I try and keep healthy food around to snack on,doesnt always happen.

I wish I could train in the morning but then id fall asleep at work which is bad news
