Don't laugh , im nervous as hell

Anyone notice that this guy claims to reverse curl 350 then later says he has problems with his wrist?

I call BS. How about a pic of Mr Natural.

reverse curl. Reverse bench is what i do. I only bench half as much as i used to. yes the reverse grip bench does hurt my wrist . I believe i did it on dips though . Im a mike mentzer hit trainer all the way and dont even care about strength for the most part. If i could get an inch more on the arms but could only curll ten pounds id take it.
Doc says my blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and everything is just fine , in fact great.
Its as if my metabolism shuts down when doing cardio.
 
just learn all you can about it first so that you know what it is, what it does, and how often you should use it. Become it's best friend and it won't be such a big deal to you. Good luck
