uh dude im 33, i can reverse grip bench 350 for 5 reps. I can squat 500 for 15 reps. People tell me im the most intense lifter they've ever seen. I follow a good diet and do tons of cardio and no weight will come off. I sweat for like 5 min and its like my body adapts to it or something and i can do cardio for long periods of time . I can even hold my breath while running . I know it seems funny but i have big lungs and can hold oxygen well i guess. The number of pounds i gain and lose from what science says is just not accurate.
