Doggcrap...

Any doggcrap-experts here?

I've splitted the training into two, picked out 3 excercises for each muscular-group.
I'm going to do monday:part A, wednesday: part B, Friday: part A, Monday: part B and so on....

How long should I use the first excercices before I go to the next ones? Long negatives on every rep, or just the last one? How does the rep-pauses work?

As you can see splitting the training and picking out excercises is where I am at this point.. I need much tips/help about how do do the DC-method correctly..

Thanks.

You rotate the exercises each workout. He actually suggests three exercises per muscle group to rotate between.

Use even, controlled negatives on every rep. (6 seconds is long, I'd say use a steady 3-count)

Rest pauses - you get as many reps as you can straight up. Then you rack it for 10-20 seconds and eke out a few more. Then you rack it again, rest a bit, and try for 1-2 more.

look inthe training methods sticky at the top of the forum.

inside, you will find "DC training" -- this refers to doggcrap and is a long thread about it

Thanks, you actually answered everything I wasn't sure of. I did pick out three excercises for each muscle-group that I were going to rotate between. New excersise every time I train one of the parts, ok.. I'm sure I read one week on each.. But I'l read the article... Thanks...
