Does anyone remember this board back in 2000

HI - fantastic. and vice versa. Are you gonna take me to hand and motor skills rehab? You have absolutely no knowledge of how I train or what I eat everyday, nor I you. I would never be arrogant enough to say that you're not working hard based on the information I see on the board.
You assume because I do not stick myself and weigh under 200 that I don't work hard. Bah.

Citrust - I would like the return of old, unabrasive Citrus. That's all.

As for HI, I know when I go to the gym (aka, my battlefeild) it is always insane... I am constantly pushing myself beyond barriers I once thought I never could muster... I have spoken with HI, I know his training matches this... and we are talking about a guy who has a busted up hand, with pins and shit... and is training THROUGH the pain... as it will not inhibit the recovery of his bones... just the PAIN... now THAT is balls out... :)

honestly I don't mean to fuck with you, your a good guy and in quality shape. Never be ashamed of what you have, its better then 95 percent of America. Enjoy fitness and a well sense of being.

See for me im probley not even as healthy as you, hell odds say ill die alot earlier then you. This is not about fitness, its about freakish size, comic book cuts...its not a world most know.

call it a sickness, obsession call it what you want, but it will never let me quite until it kills me.

Alright, in closing I just want to say that I had no idea I could eat an entire box of Lil Debbies and not puke. I do feel bloated though.

I just want to stop the broly on broly hatred. We're all here for the same reason...to win the respect of EF Chris and get into bikinimom's panties("manties" i should say based on recent posts). Seriously...we're both heading in the same direction as far as physique enhancements goes. The only difference is that while you are driving the supercharged vette to get there, I take the slow ass Volvo chock full of airbags.

I've been there and done it C-ditty and continue to train with extreme pain as i have done the last few years......but i don't juice, never have. That doesn't mean i'm not balls out when i train and i have no fear in saying that i train harder than many here....juiced or not

The one thing that fucks me off the most here is the notion that if you're not juiced you're not a dedicated or hard trainer.

heh no HS...part of being "fucking retarded" is that you think of shit to say after you have already said your piece. and i was too slow to edit it, so i now i sit here completely busted in my slowness. and the volvo thing was more of an analogy rather than an attempt to bust a funny. but if it made you chuckle, rock on.

Never said that... never would imply that. I trained until I was 25 before engaging in such activities.

But you have to admit VL, it takes a certain amount of dedication to take it ot that level...

On the same token, I get p'd off when people say "Oh, you just got that big because of AS..." -- I train with my life in the gym... there are guys who abuse AS, and they abuse it by not taking full advantage of the benefits...

The truth is, you'll only get so big naturally... and if you can reach your goal that way, then I am 100% in favor of it. I however, don't think I can reach my goal of 280 and jacked without the usage... it doesn't mean I WORK any less hard.

I know you put out the effort VL, I see it in the Training board... Anyone who has read BFold's posts wouldn't rip on a natural bodybuilder for lack of desire...

That being said, it is STILL takes, when done for the right reason, that dedication to take it to the next level...

There should be no difference in the respect given to a person who trains hard natural and one who trains hard with gear..besides..most of the enhanced pics Ive seen on here were pretty bad
