Discovered the theory along the lines of when you write a word or sentence, even if it was not spelled correctly could still be read coherently?

I thought I saw it mentioned here.

Example, Taht noe is ym fvaortie fo ala tmie.

It was in here.. but I don't think that theory was developed at that University.. I think it has something to do with brain studies.
