does anyone here have depression and/or S.A.D.?

one of the cool things about living in so cal is the year round nice weather. if you are stuck inside for many months i can definitely see how that would contribute to depression.

i am a happy guy but not immune to getting down in the dumps sometimes. getting to the gym or out to the tennis courts truly alleviates this. so does shaking things up in your life.

depression is like a sore shoulder. your body (or mind) is telling you something is not right and you must make a change. change is not easy but it makes your life interesting and you will be too busy to be obsessing about your problems.

i do not get how people expect to take a pill, like prozac, and expect not to be depressed. i understand this could be for people who have "chemical imbalances" but like AAS use there is more involved to be successful than taking drugs.

tanning beds are a proven treatment for s.a.d. seriously.

I think I may have a little S.A.D get a little down in the winter. Going tanning helps but I don't like to do it often. Once the spring summer rolls around I am happy as hell but that is also cause I am a sun lover!
