Do you not shake hands with people ever? Unless you follow everyone you ever shake hands with to the bathroom, how would you know if they wash their hands after touching their weiner?

With respect to touching some other part of their body, I'd be more concerned with people not washing their hands after coughing their their fist or touching their nose or rubbing their eyes.

^^^What she said, which is why I HATE to ahake hands with people and wash my own hands frequently. The Asians got it down with bowing. Even european kiss on the cheeks is less harmful than shaking hands.

Okay, this is probably getting to technical but I honestly do use the INSIDE of the paper (the side touching the roll). And public restroom paper is so cheap you end up using like 3 feet of it for one pee, anyway.

sporatically wash at home. Pretty much on a need to wash basis. lol.

sure, i shake hands with them, do an exam, and then wash my hands immediately after.
