its funny that this is true despite your income level too

the blue collar world off's themselves by hard physical labor and poor health (or healthcare)

the white collar by high stress and poor health (or healthcare)


some guy at Gregs work just dropped at 48 from a heart attack..this kinda blows me away

So by that standard I should live to be 100 what with my part time low stress easy life.
 
I didn't get asked this in my interview on tuesday. i just got asked things like "why do you think you would be a good fit for _____ _______?" "who is responsible for your safety?" "what would you do if you see a co-worker doing something wrong?" "How would you handle a confrontation at work?"

Whoever interviewed you is a terrible hiring manager...

I was a district manager and training manager for a subsidiary of one of the longest running electronic stores in america. I also ran the highest volume location between NJ and Virginia. Poor hiring and training is why most companies fail...Hire anyone of the street and pray they stick...Or just look at the resume' and go from that...terrible way to learn about the person you are about to hire.
