The flu shot is ridiculous! You get a strain of the flu that may not even be a strain that will hit. Not to mention it's laced with mercury!
And really, how many times does one really get the flu? Maybe 1 every 10-15 yrs. A cold is not the flu!
Get a flu every 15 yrs, it's good for the immune system!
