Do you ever worry about "wearing out" your body due to lifting weights or sports??

it does a lot more than make you flexible. it brings blood and oxygen to areas that may be poorly circulating. makes a huge difference. it's comparable to how people feel after seeing a chiropractor...

It was actually musclemag or something, but it was a while ago. I wouldn't know what issue.
 
I worry about alot of things, but never anything major like a nuclear holicost or anything deadly .

i worry about things like how does the guy who drives the snow plow get to work in the morning
