I do, I am I'm not high level but I know people who are, legitimately (put it this way, true high level psychics are as rare as any other type of genius, how many Beethovens, Michelangelos or Einsteins are born every generation? But pretty much anyone can hum a tune, draw stick figures or add 2 + 2, same thing, different potential for talent). From my perspective being psychic is kind of like breathing, if you're conscious and alive, you're psychic ... but that doesn't mean you're consciously aware of it.

And yes, there are plenty of lying thieves who take advantage of sad, confused or hopeless people.

honestly? probably quite a few...most of them just never get an opportunity to realize their potential...einstein was lucky that his family recognized his potential and they all worked their asses off making shoes while he sat around thinking about stuff all day...in the end, after he saw what became of his thinking, he said he wished he had just been a shoemaker.
