Do any dudes here have great physiques that HAVEN'T juiced??

You can be big or you can be lean, but you really can't be both without juice. You can hit a half-way medium though I'd say. It is what it is, man.

It's not as bad for you as everyone says either, especially if you don't use much and stay away from 17aa and some of the harsher drugs. In fact you can juice and get jacked without ever hurting your lifespan or long-term health I'd say. I'm sure you need good genetics and low doses to get away with that completely, but it's there. Just don't add too much bodymass and it shouldn't hurt you too much. Also, I'm not a doctor or god so I could be wrong but that's my educated guess.

The body can take a lot - something tells me you already know this anyways sicn you've discussed after hours clubs - really it's hard to put your body through more than that shit. Now, juice a shitload so you are retaining tons of water, snort or pop uppers all day long every day and eventually a valve will explode since the blood pressure or whatever is too damn much. A lot of the people who die young are like that - not so much the true athletes.

So I would say be honest with yourself about what you want and why you want it. If you want to be a competitive athlete though (not all sports obviously but a lot of em), you had better get used to the idea of gear being around and may honestly find that if you want to compete at the upper levels, you won't have a choice but to do what the competition is (depending on the sport of course).

Do you run 100-150-200mgs a week consistently now? like HRT or do you cycle it? Or are you completely off for now?

If you want to get girls, you don't need juice at all as you know. I'm not going to lie to you though, I never felt like it hurt and the better shape I got in, the more attention I found I got - the world is a shallow fucking place. Just don't get too big. If you're under 6', don't go much over 200lbs and 5-6%. I feel sort of bad saying juice helps if any young dudes are reading this, but honestly, it's not the juice. Age is a big factor too when you're a guy and are gunning after girls who get plenty of attention. Also, make you aren't a retard.
 
Dudes, I have no plans to juice anytime soon.

It just struck me recently. Haven't seen many dudes on EF who have pretty good physiques and not juice monkeys.
 
my good friend has an exceptional natural physique. He refused to try creatine he is so paranoid about putting anything not natural in his system. He isnt a skip lacour or elitefitness 600lb deadlift member...but he's got 18" shredded arms ,and all around great physique..funny part is he only hits the gym hard before summer. fucker. and no he aint black. Italian.
 
i had have 2 friends that have really nice physiques before they recently decided to juice. and i have other friends with nice physiques just not as nice, not everyone has to juice to look real good.
