Ok well Im thinking of starting this diet now for 2days. Im having doubts about starting in 2 days just because of my diet. Im not afraid since I have all my Vitamins, Anti Os ready..I did my research and only reason im having doubts is because of my diet plan..I wanna get the most outta this cycle.
PLAN. 48% carbs/41% pro/11% fat
after workout-Postworkout shake
1. 1/2cup Oatmeal
2. 5oz Chicken Breast
1 cup green peas
3. 5oz Chicken Breast
1 cup green peas
4. 4oz Chicken Breast
1 cup green peas
5. 6 egg whites b4 bed
Ill be eating 4 apples and 3 pears every day in between meals.
