I let myself go. Not in the not strong kind of way, but more in the gained tons of weight kind of way.
I know that diet is important, but I lose like 3lbs to 15lbs and then gain it back and then some. And the weight loss is super slow. I gain a lot of fat. My metabolism used to be fast, but now it's slow as fuck.
I'm thinking of 200mg of DNP day 1, 100mg day 2, day 3 to 5 take 75mg a day, then day 6 and 7ntake nothing, count calories, and do this for at least 3 to 10 months. I'm 5' 11", 229lbs. I got to lose 60lbs to look super lean. I have a big belly. Starting next year. No more fat guy! Yes more muscular guy! The muscles are hiding beneath the fat at this point.
