DNP cycle

If you are worried about that you should see what the warnings on dnp. In any case 3 tablespoons a day is not gonna kill ya. I mix it with a little bit of lemonade and I don't taste it at all.
 
I found it quite useful, it ensured i was hydrated even if i wasnt getting as much water as i should have. I would pyruvate to be useless, i dont see where it would be very effective, the Krebs cycle is basically stopped....but if it works for ya, so be it.

The only supps I took were vit A and E plus a multi vit. you dont really need all that other shit just wacth your temp and drink LOTS OF WATER..I also was taking 9 ripped fuel ed. 3tabs 3x day. My diet will be similar to yours this time except Ill eat more tuna than chicken less fat and cheaper too...I would cut out the fruit Its only sugar and water.....also carbs will be important for energy and to keep a high temp try adding some beans good protien low GI and good protien too. I like to mix black beans lentils split grean peas (all in bags for like $0.50 at walmart) and mix with some brown rice. you can season it to taste and its a great meal with 3-5oz of chicken/lean beef when trying to cut or bulk...also I am going todo some AM cardio on empt stomach and ECA to max it out.....Hope this helps keep the questions and coments coming...

I tried it with out all the supplements and with. You can get through it with out the supplements but the way you feel when you take all of them is 10X better. I have been taking 200mg every 12 hours for 8 days and I feel fine outside of clammy palms and my armpits sweat a little more. When I did it w/o everything I fealt horrible and had to change my clothesa few times throughout the day. I am also having no problems making it to the gym and getting in good workouts which was not an option when I did it on its own. I am down 13lbs and am peeing antifreeze so I know its working :)
 
I took 250 for 3 500 for 6 days of CRYSTAL and only had clen like sides....got really hpt and sweaty about 6hrs after pill and lasted for about 3-5 hrs ... it wasnt that bad

Though I can't comment first hand, I was under the assumption that fruit was an awesome additional "supplement" to a DNP cycle for just that reason, that it is sugar and water...am I worng?

Well I dont see why the shugar would be good....you can eat better carbs and water with out the insulin spiking shugar that is not needed or wanted while cutting...you can get the same amount of carbs from other foods with a much lower GI.
