DNP cycle

Well im gonna do my first DNP cycle. This is what my plan looks like. please tell me what u think.

day1
200mg
day2
200mg
day3
200mg
day4
400mg
day5
400mg
day6
400mg
day7
400mg

After im done ill take 1 week off and start this same cycle over again. From what I read im taking.
Magnesium 1500mg
vit c 3000mg
vit e 1200iu
Calcium 2000mg
Pyruvate 3g day
Glyceral 3Tbs day
ALA 2 grams day

Some Questions I have.
1.Did I miss any vitimans I need?

2.Some ppl say that 50%carb 30%pro 20% fats is the best diet while on DNP while others say that carbs will just make you hotter with the same results as a lower carb diet. Is this True? if so what is the best type of diet while on DNP.

My weight is 215lbs. Height is 6'3 My bf% is probably somewhere near 23%-25% not really sure.
 
im on DNP right now too...

the best type of diet would be a carb and protien diet.
You want to keep fat very low on DNP.

Also keep calories as low as possible.

The best combo is to use friut for carbs. If you use friut you will not sweat at all

meal examples,

Chicken and fruit
whey fruit

etc...

since i can take the burning up i eat all carbs but try and keep the fat to as close to 0 as possible.

I would set protien to 1lb of body weight, and fill the rest with fruit carbs and go hard core. 7-10X body weight in cals

remember to drink lots of water!!

I think you should consider some other options, with your stats I don't think DNP should be an option. DNP is for people who have some experiance under their belt. Did you try any other diets or some other drugs that are easier to control like clen, eca along with a ckd diet? With that being said if you are hell bent on doing it I would keep the dose at 200mg for a few more days your first time around because it takes a little bit for it to really kick in. Also make sure you drink at least 2 gallons of water a day also. I do 45% carbs 45% protien, 10% fat when I use it and that works for me. With that being said I must reitterate that I DO NOT reccomend you doing it, try some other ways first, i.e. a.m. cardio, eca, clen and even t3 before you go ahead and do this. I also can't stress how shitty you feel while you are on it even with taking all the supplements you listed.
 
Yeah ive been dieting for a while now about 1yr. Ive used ECA. t3/clen...Clen only...err thats about it..And now I wanna do DNP. Btw...How about 200mg for 4 days and 400mg for 3? I think by the 4th day i can tell if 200mg is to much.
 
I wouldn't suggest DNP for someone in the 20%+ category of fat... especially not for that short term usage. You might yeild a 2-3% fat loss... but that is only if you have a REALLY high amount of DNP over THAT short period of time... and I wouldn't suggest that at all (As I've found myself unable to leave my bed before, only able to readjust the fans -- lol).

A longer term, lower dosage of DNP might be more effective for that fat % range... you'd still be drained... but over a 28 day period... you would really hurt ANY workouts you had... DNP is catabolic and you will lose muscle (not as bad as t3... but bad enough IMO).

I would really suggest DNP to those individuals who need a few percentages of fat reduced... say... from 13 to 10 or from 15 to 12... or even better.. .from 9 to 6...

DNP quite possibly is a miracle fat loss drug... but don't expect to go from flab to ab in 8 days.

that looks like a normal first cycle.

I'd throw in quercetin too (do a search, you'll see why)

and an eca stack or the equivalent for some energy and added fat loss.

Just be careful and if you feel nervous doing this stuff, then that probably means you haven't read enough.

And remember, sometimes this stuff can surprise even experienced users...as it surprised me just a few weeks ago :p ...it's not a good sign when 20 degree weather doesn't feel "cold enough" to you.

One problem im having, Im currently on a CKD diet I just started it about 4days ago...Should I just stop it now and go on my DNP diet plan (45/45/10 carb/pro/fat)
For a few days and then start my DNP?
AND what do you do after ur cycle is over? Do I start a normal diet (60%pro 20%carb 20% fat) the day after my last dose?
and I know your probably thinking if u dont know that dont do DNP!! But ive read tons of articles and thet usually just say what to do during DNP..I wonder what to do after im done.

Ok well Im thinking of starting this diet now for 2days. Im having doubts about starting in 2 days just because of my diet. Im not afraid since I have all my Vitamins, Anti Os ready..I did my research and only reason im having doubts is because of my diet plan..I wanna get the most outta this cycle.

PLAN. 48% carbs/41% pro/11% fat

after workout-Postworkout shake

1. 1/2cup Oatmeal

2. 5oz Chicken Breast
1 cup green peas

3. 5oz Chicken Breast
1 cup green peas

4. 4oz Chicken Breast
1 cup green peas

5. 6 egg whites b4 bed

Ill be eating 4 apples and 3 pears every day in between meals.
