Distance Running

It's for a fitness test I have to run, ill just leave it at that.

I didn't think about getting pumps while running, hopefully it doesn't happen, I've ran a lot of distance before and not given up, so I'm not worried about not finishing.

I was using dbol to kick start, but haven't taken it in almost 2 weeks, but more specifically in general how would 500mg test per week affect running?
 
Orals hinder my cardio more than any injectable I've tried. I couldn't run over half a mile on 60mg Tbol without the pumps killing me
 
"some pumps" sounds better than "killer pumps" lol

And yea I do have a lot of water retention, I'd rather have that than dehydration though, I'm starting to think it'll be fine, just slower than normal

Back to this question. are steroids good for cardio? TRENBOLONE killed my cardio absolutly made me winded. low doses of others increased my endurence and speed in a 5k..... Bulk and water weight from steroids will make a runner less efficant. However the increase in red blood cells and glycogen from certain steroids can help. The key is get the goods out of juice without the bad. I have heard stacking equipoise with winny is good for distance runners. (cheap stack to) > I would love a difinitave answere from runner about steroid use in running. Its very interesting
 
i would say yes, not after your cycle. if you cycle, while your cycling your runs will be less, but you can still do cardio, do some HIIT training and otther exercises that keep your HR up while recruting all of your muscles. as long at you stretch properly and work hard when your cycle is finished you will overall be faster and stronger
 
I might have to run a 3 mile for time next week, I haven't ran in about 2 months and I've been on a bulking cycle for the past 6 weeks, sounds like it could get ugly..

load up on taurine and id limit carbs before the run.

So glad to hear I am not the only one! I got off the treadmill at 4 minutes the other day. Super embarrassing.
 
I know I'm new here and I don't mean to step on any toes but I do have some experience with this, at least trying to use aas for endurance. My first cycle was Eq/sust and that gave me really bad calf pumps. This cycle that that I'm on is Eq/prop. I do eq at 400 every week with prop at 200. I use taurine in my pre-workout drink and I don't have any issues with calf pumps. I run almost everyday, and I lift after my runs. My endurance has increase and I could breath much easier. And the added strength is a bonus too.
