Hey guys n gals, I've been noticing when standing and looking at myself from the side view....I'm very awkwardly shaped. I have protruding shoulder blades and have been having the hardest time shaping that section of the back to cover them. I also have horrible shoulders/upperchest. I cannot seem to add mass to the upper chest(and I know it's super hard to do for some) and my shoulders just won't show any signs of growing. When you stand from the side and pull your hands to your waist, does most of you guys' shoulders push forward and your shoulder blades stick out?? Basically my problem is certain muscle sections like the REAR shoulder and the MIDDLE back or the UPPER chest. I've focused on the upper chest but for rear shoulders what's the best exercise to do? Also last but not least......what ROUNDS your shoulder off the best? I'm assuming hitting all 3 heads of the shoulder which I"m sure I don't do. I guess I'm kinda upset right now after all the hard work I've been doing I turned to the side tonight and bam it was like all that hard work was gone b/c my shape is horrible looking. I'm tall and thin too for 6'2", (218lbs) I know it doesn't sound like it BUT my weight is distributed in weird ways.
