Diet and Gearing without training too hard yet still growing like a weed

i say this as as guy currently studying to be a personal trainer.....

if you are a member of this forum you should not need a personal trainer!

there is more than enough knowledge and info here to keep you on the right track.

as for you not training hard on juice. well i think you should push yourself from this moment on. if your growing now, you will grow more if train properly

well said. and also I would advocate training solo most of the time. unless ur buddy is also on cycle, he will do nothing but slow you down. when i do train with someone i tell them upfront they need to eat and drink perfectly before the gym because if they don't they will not survive my workouts
 
The average personal trainer sucks donkey dick if you wanna throw a medicine ball around use elastic bands or do lunges across the entire gym stay home seriously...
 
That's why they never get results... and I don't think the trainers mind because that's more money for them lol customer for life!

He is simply asking whether if you don't run a full intensity workout or not as frequently can you still grow quite substantially if you have a strong diet
 
LOL bring on the flames. SHUTUUUUUUPID. Im saying that if you have a good cycle and good diet thats 80% of it. Im sick of people saying that they arnt growing due to the amounts of reps they are doing or if they technique is incorrect. So they spend money on these personal trainers who give them different training techniques. BOttom line is if your not growing from ur diet and gear different bullshit techniques arnt gonna help.
