Diet and Gearing without training too hard yet still growing like a weed

Who finds that if their diet is in tact with a good cyle there is no need to train hard. Ive done a few cycles where done abit of everything in the gym 6 days a week and grown like a weed.

Who agrees that training is only around 20 % MAX of growing like a weed the rest is Diet and good cycling.

The reason i write this post is because i see alot of people saying I need a personal trainer because my training is the reason im not growing.

post a pic lol and maybe I'm sick but if I don't puke I don't call it a good workout and if people are sayin you need a trainer you prob don't look as good as you think budd

I thought you just said you were growing like a weed?

Something's fishy here.

There's no fucking point in doing gear if you aren't willing to train hard and push through barriers.

Whether that be lifting heavy ass weight for low reps, or busting your ass on high rep leg presses to failure etc.

I know everyone is different, but I would consider my genetics for size and strength above average yet only rate my recovery ability as average.

When "on" I don't even have to think twice now about overtraining if I am taking 2-3 rest days a week. I can pretty much go all out in the gym every time. That doesn't necessarily mean I'll be pushing maximum weight every time, but I will be pushing myself hard ie. high reps, low rest, failure, higher volume etc.

I'm sure I could train less intensely and make decent progress, but I could make decent progress training naturally and working moderately hard. Why not make great progress training very hard while you're on. That's one of the best things about aas. Not only does it speed up protein synthesis, but it also affects the speed at which your nervous system recovers as well.

I assure that you will not get stronger unless you push yourself in the gym. its impossible. I took 2 1/2 weeks off to rest my injury and came back and was down like 20 pounds on my bench press!!

u gotta hit it hard to make gains, much less keep from losing them!

and i agree with the above posters. post some pics. its not that we dont believe you but we want to see exactly what you are talking about.

if you train like i do then you would be crawling home. thats a workout!

I took 5 days off and lost 5kgs or 11lbs off bench. went today and i was like no way.. ha ha. And who is anyone else to tell you that you need a personal trainer, if you have correct form and doing heavy weights then there is something else there but i always like to think diet is 70% of getting big,,
