Did my Chest/Bi workout, Tri's are sore?

Why are you doing pulloevers on chest day anyway? Sure they stretch the chest, but they are actually a back exercise. Plus, if your triceps are getting sore from pullovers, then you are not doing them correctly. Don't change the angle of your arms. You are not doing skull crushers, you don't extend at the end of the movement.
