like i am all groggy, and nauseated. and i feel like i have the flu all though my temperature is normal. yesterday was back day and this is what i did:
4x6 chins
4x6 deadlifts (80% of max)
3x10 bent over bb rows
2x10 db rows
2x10 cable rows
3x10 shrugs
maybe i didnt ot, maybe i just have the flu or something (my tonsils are sore and my nose was stuffy yesterday) ; what do u guys think?
