If I have a desk job where I sit around for 8 hours programming, can I take an ECA or NYC even though I have high blood pressure (I'm only 22 years old)? From the recent ephedra deaths, it looks like people took it right before working out. I need something to keep my metobolism going and burn calories while I'm sitting on my ass. After work, I hit the gym so if you all recommend that I take the pills, when is the latest I should take the dosage before working out?
