and i decided to not be a pussy and to just push through it, but even light weight hurts it now.
its only on exersises that stretch that exact area, (flat bench, decline bench i dont even do declines, and dips)
so i cant expload or push myself on highweight flat bench and dips i couldnt even handle no weight.
so im depressed and i am taking flat bench out for a while and dips out too.
i will focus on standing shoulder presses on my monday press day, and then see how flat dumbells (high rep and lighter weight i guess
) feel on my hurt area, and i will put inclines on my thursday press day, and i dont know what i will do in place of dips.
what should i put in place of dips on my thursday push day? should i just do gay fucking non dips, like french press, or do u think closegrip bench will hurt my chest? what should i do instead of dips.
so the stretch hurts it and everything else is good.
im drepspsed though, cause nothing works my chests like flat bench, i love it, but i cant do it anymore for at least a while.
