I was doing bench pressing and my spotter screwed me up big time. He didn't take the weights from me and I hurt my pec. It's more of a mild tear. I don't need surgery or anything like that, but the doctor said I can't bench press for about 3 or 4 weeks. Would BPC at 1 mg every other day into my pec be the solution for this, or should I try something else?
