Having some issues when it comes to getting stronger. For about two years I was getting progressively stronger, then I've hit a plateau. My bench press can't get any stronger than 300 lb. I would like to push myself and get a 350 lb bench and a 450 lb squat using proper form for three reps. Do you think that 500 mg of deca is too much or do you think that I should use a lower dose? How much testosterone should I use with it? My stats are the following:
