No point and dont brag about nothing. Always see other people post there workout, so thought I would post mine. Have been a natural lifter upto this past january, then started taking AAS supps.

True, I have seen many more ridiculous/ pointless posts than this.

I still don't understand the point behind all that volume with the lighter weight's on your way up to your working weight.

Don't mind the haters BigDave. Those are some good numbers and you clearly know what you are doing.

FOr what it is worth, I do sets with the bar as part of the warm up and to make sure I'm in the right groove. Wonder what they will make of that!

Not a hater but someone who is confident enough about himself with these marks would clearly be competeing! Still deadlifts 3 inches below knees are rack pulls, wanna know your max strength potential on any lift? Don't go past 13-14 reps that way you won't be converting any fyber that potentially would become fast twitch into slow twitch. Now here is a good example about someone who had great potential but didn't have what it took to be a champion belgian Serge Reding:

YouTube - Serge Redding - 502lb. (228kg.) Clean & Press

few minutes later... Vasily Alexeev

YouTube - Vasily Alexeev - 230kg. (507lb.) Clean & Press

Alexeev talking about Reding and other comments:

"Even Alexeyev once said of him, "If I had his huge muscles there's no telling what I could accomplish!"

" Many people are convinced that Serge Reding, the incredibly massive Belgian weighlifter, was physically capable of beating Alexeyev. He broke several of Alexeyev's records in minor contests and many felt he would be the next champion. But every time he went head to head against Alexeyev he seemed to choke and failed to duplicate his record lifts. I have been talking to several international lifters who confirm that Serge was certainly the strongest of that time. Even Alexeyev used to state that Reding was the strongest man in the world at the time. But he always said that he had the stronger mind and that he would defeat Reding every time (what he actually mostly did).

"

"...do 2 reps with 180 kg (396lbs) seated neck-press, starting out of the neck. In squatting I know about easy 330 kg (726lbs) squats but some people claim to have seen even more spectacular results. Some people tell they saw him him do FULL squats during the early 1970s for 5 reps with 400kg (880lbs) with no wraps, suit or belt."

So if you really are that good don't waste your life being something else, train hard, smart and be part of weightlifting history, only a few of us are going to be remembered till the end of times anyway!
