Isnt that a bit too much? I think doing a total of 243 reps of the same exercise is overtraining. And a 75 minute workout seems long to. I have heard thatit should usually be between 40-45 minutes or under. Im not an expert though and could be wrong

holy crap thats a overkill on a work out!!! sheesh! Slash over half of those sets out! and put in some lateral pull downs and back extensions weighted. and do some T-Bar deads, may not have named that correctly but thats the one where you load up one side of the bar and stand over it and pull it up to your chest with both arms while bent over

wow.... that is all i have to say.
you need to add more than deadlifts.
try wide grip chins, chins or lateral pulldowns, tons of rows, bb rows, and some deadlift variations and spinal erector exercises like good mournings.

the only thing i realy see as 'wrong' is that you did too maby 'warmup' sets.., 135 for 20 is a bit much and the sets of 10's could be 3 or 5's at most , and as strong as you are you could have made bigger jumps in weight. do you ever pull off the floor?...
i see no need to overcomplicate things with other exercises , and as much as you are pulling you have obviously been doing this for a while and have let your cns adapt to the heavy weight..,
Kill THAT SHIT!!!

For deadlifts just build up to one set 3-5 reps maximum weight possible while maintaining good form. Scrap that 315x100 and cut all those sets to warm up, you dont need that many. Your CNS takes time to recover from deads and doind that many sets just isnt healthy. However, it takes time to find the best jumps in weight for warming up for your own body.

LOL @ you guys giving him back training advice. He's pulling 800+ out of the rack. Obviously he's been doing this a while. Bigdave you're a competitive PLer, right? What weight class do you compete in? The 2628 in your username, is that your total?

I don't mean to be rude or offensive here, but I think I need to throw the BS flag on this one.

I feel my chain getting yanked a bit
