i will be starting these on my next back/leg workout (i woulda done em tuesday but i squat that day and yall seem to say dling and squatting in the same day is too rough).
i was just gunna say fuckit and do it anywhere, but i saw my first guy ever at the gym doing them!!! he took the spotbar off the rack (not powerrack but like angled halfrack is what i call it) and t was just high enough to set the bar, and barelys lide the 45's on and off....so im gunna be doing em there next workout!
