Well I did my Madcow2, 7th week, 3x3 day today and then the powerlifters at the gym had to give me shit so I pulled a conventional 405 deadlift. Not bad for around 7 months of training and only my second max attempt. They still were giving me shit about not pulling as much as some 150lbs girl did after 3 months of training, but whatever. I'll be pulling +450 in another 6 months or so.
