Still have the sniffles and don't feel really well, but I am getting back to setting PR's.

We set the safety pins up higher on the top side of the rack tonight...increasing the band tension A LOT. ON my first warm up set with the bands it picked the rack up off the ground when I stood up with the bar. The rack is HEAVY too and was being weighted down with 8 45's. It was a good bit more tension than I've ever done before...

266 + heavy and mid bands TIGHT
8 sets of 2 with 45-60 seconds rest between sets
Set 4
Set 8 and we were BOTH glad to be done

Erectors were FRIED from those!!!!

Speed Pulls
412 x 1 x 2 sets (conventional)
342 x 1 x 2 sets (sumo)

Glute Ham Raises
BW with mid band for help x 5 x 2 sets (hams were fried)

Pull Throughs
mid band x 8 x 2 sets, mid stance

Calves, hips, abs, foot/step drill, grip

20 second foot drill, NOT fun in Chucks...lol...but a good laugh none the less :)

Boy...my upper back is worn out from holding that bar up with that much band tension on it. It amazes me how some people can be sooo fast with so much weight AND band tension...

Awsome speed...cheese is getting stronger too. Clint, where do you get bands, they had some cheap looking ones at my local SG., but i want quailty.

BTW...Your wrists are HUGE!!!!

I ordered the bands from www.elitefitnesssystems.com and they are always very quick to get them here. NEVER had a problem.

They felt a lot slower than they looked on video...I feel beat up...lol.

Since training tonight I've had 2 cups white rice (pre-cooked 2 cups), 3 chicken breasts, 1/2 pound ground beef mixed with bell peppers/onions/mushrooms, covered in mustard (out of ketchup), 32 oz whole milk, and a liter of GatorAde.

looked really quick man..nice workout...like the pinch griping the plates too...although i think the vid would have been the shit if ya could have pinch griped jordan.

Thanks for taking the time to edit, upload, and post these videos. I know how long that can take.

I know that I really appreciate seeing them.

Watching you and cheese squat that much weight that fast is really inspiring.

I don't have sound here at my work computer, but even without sound, the grip videos are hilarious.

Cheese's form seems to be improving on his squat. Of course, he does have an excellent coach. :)

Boy...my hams were sore today. I even did some sled dragging/walking after DE upper today. Don't tell anyone though...lol

shit...as usual clint your a fuckin freak!! and hey..having genetics is a good thing...LOL!! i've been training for 10 years(5 in powerlifting)myself and it took a while for my genetics to show up!!! man, i dig those pinch grips with the 35s. wish i could do that...my wrist are small..any way to get them bigger by any chance?? tb

Every time I start to feel like I am doing well and feeling strong...I look over at a lot of other lifter's numbers and workouts. Liftbig is a good example. That guy blows me out of the waters...by a long shot. I often wonder what people like him think when they see my squats/gm's/pulls...and do they just laugh when people compliment how strong I am...lol
