With DC training I am only doing 2 warmup sets per exercise then 1 all out set of 5 reps (90-95% max) then R/P for 5 breaths then another 2-3 reps then R/P for another 5 breaths then 2-3 more reps does this sound ok or am I not doin enough warm up sets?
I find if I do anymore than 2-3 warmup sets I dont have the 120% strength and energy effort casue the 3 warmup sets have taxed me.
Now would I finish imediately off on that body part with static stretching or wait till all bodyparts have been worked and then stretch out?
Also with doubling my protien it is very hard for me to eat 340 grams of solid protein. Can this be done with implementing more liquid proteins as in shakes?
