DC Training Questions

With DC training I am only doing 2 warmup sets per exercise then 1 all out set of 5 reps (90-95% max) then R/P for 5 breaths then another 2-3 reps then R/P for another 5 breaths then 2-3 more reps does this sound ok or am I not doin enough warm up sets?

I find if I do anymore than 2-3 warmup sets I dont have the 120% strength and energy effort casue the 3 warmup sets have taxed me.

Now would I finish imediately off on that body part with static stretching or wait till all bodyparts have been worked and then stretch out?

Also with doubling my protien it is very hard for me to eat 340 grams of solid protein. Can this be done with implementing more liquid proteins as in shakes?

Do lighter warm-up sets. They should never be taxing enough to drain you out for your work sets. Don't worry too much about them, especially if you don't have any previous injuries. Just get the blood flowing with two light, easy sets.

I'd also suggest using 8 reps to fail at initially, then RP twice. This will assure you land in the 11-15 rep range, for the most part.

Static stretching? Static holds are done at the very end of the last RP set without a break. The extreme stretches are done after all bodyparts for that stretch have been worked (i.e., after chest, shoulder and tricep exercises because they all interlock with one another in terms of the muscle groups used).

Yes, use protein shakes to get more protein. Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein Powder from www.netrition.com is the best buy out there. $34.90 with shipping for a 5 lb. tub. Great tasing too.
