So this shall be set in my calendar as "DAY 1." Thanks to Melaina, OMEGA and a few others on squaring me away on dosage. I am posting a few pictures here just so you can see my starting point. Please keep in mind that I am stationed in Iraq and serving in the military so therefore, my nutrition and resources are limited. I have to work with what I have here. Physical Training isn't a problem seeing as the military gives us plenty of time for that.

Stats:
26 y/o
156lbs
21%BF
Ordered a measuring tape so will post measurements later...only thing I currently know is that I have a 14 1/4 bicep. (had to challenge some guys I work with!!)
My goals are to TONE IT UP...get as fit as possible and kick some ass in some photographs. :spin:

hey lax, i am clarice. great job on starting a journal. it will help you stay focused and give you a great progress chart for yourself; be detailed in your journal too. its nice to meet a fellow military woman on here, i just retired from the marine corps last year AND did a tour in iraq in 2003. you are appreciated!! i dont know as much as the other woman on EF, but they have helped me and have made me feel very welcome. feel free to read my journal "a twinless twins journey to sanity"..

ohh.. great pics honey!!
